A foundation's role in advancing behavioral health policy is not always clear, particularly when it comes to health reform.  On this call, Chuck Ingoglia, vice president of public policy at the National Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare, examined health reform and its impact on behavioral health redesign, with a focus on parity and potential opportunities for foundations. Next, Colleen Horton, program officer at the Hogg Foundation for Mental Health, shared information on the foundation's efforts to promote mental health through policy change.
