Call for Nominations: Deadline May 1

March 27, 2014

Grantmakers In Health seeks exceptional grantmakers to participate in the 2014 Terrance Keenan Institute for Emerging Leaders in Health Philanthropy. The program offers a tremendous opportunity for foundation leaders to enhance the professional development of their most promising staff by nominating them to be institute fellows.

Participants will spend two days with seasoned leaders from the field of health philanthropy, focusing on leadership development, mentoring, and building collegial connections. Topics will reflect key themes, such as leadership, innovation, taking risks, and the creative deployment of resources, from the work and writings of philanthropy leader and visionary Terrance Keenan.

The program will be held October 7-8, 2014, in Washington, DC.

Eligible nominees must be active grantmakers with a foundation working in health or health care, and under the age of 45. They must be nominated by the president and CEO or executive director of their respective foundations.

Nominations are due May 1. More details and the nomination form are below.
