Safety Net in the Era of Health Reform: A New Vision of Care

As part of its continuing mission to serve trustees and staff of health foundations and corporate giving programs, Grantmakers In Health convened a group of grantmakers and safety net experts on November 3, 2011, to discuss the challenges and opportunities for the safety net system as the Affordable Care Act is implemented. This Issue Brief incorporates the background paper written for this meeting, as well as key points from the day.
