The oral health safety net is a vital source of care for uninsured, Medicaid, and other vulnerable patients, but it does not catch everyone. Deficiencies in safety net operations and systems, combined with current economic difficulties, have created a particularly challenging environment in which to provide care.
Fortunately, health reform creates an opportunity for improvement. This webinar will outline major health reform provisions that will affect the oral health safety net, as well as highlight best practices for addressing current and upcoming challenges.

The Terrance Keenan Institute for Emerging Leaders in Health Philanthropy aims to nurture the next generation of leaders, build relationships among them, and connect them with established figures in the field.
