The Colorado Health Foundation seeks a program officer of health care to play a major role in leading the foundation’s work in the health care area. This person has responsibility for working primarily with the Health Care Team to develop philanthropic agendas for the foundation and soliciting and reviewing grant requests, advising the senior program officer for health care on program direction and investments, developing special initiatives, and assisting in long range strategic planning. This person also has responsibility for working on the Healthy Connections Initiative, a multiyear project to assist grantees in implementing health information technology.
