SUMMARY:Aligning Your Company’s and Foundation’s Social Impact Strategies
DESCRIPTION:Social responsibility requires companies and their foundations to seriously consider how they operate within diverse communities and interact with members and employees. This webinar explored how the Florida Blue Foundation and its parent company conducted a social impact strategy refresh related to corporate social responsibility (CSR) and environmental\, social\, and corporate governance (ESG). The session described the process used to bridge the CSR/ESG goals under one overall strategy; the methods utilized to monitor\, measure\, and evaluate impact; the organizational restructuring required to support the narrowed focus; and the renewed commitment to the shared mission.
