SUMMARY:Care and Work: Improving the Livelihoods of Family Caregivers and Care Workers
DESCRIPTION:This webinar is hosted by The CARE Fund and The John A. Hartford Foundation and Cohosted by Grantmakers In Health.  \nThe vast majority of family caregivers have jobs outside the home. Public and corporate policies need to be reshaped so working parents of young kids and family members caring for older and disabled loved ones can live dignified lives with economic security. Meanwhile\, professional caregivers struggle to make ends meet with low wages and meager benefits.
