DESCRIPTION:Day 1 Agenda Day 2 Agenda \nEach fall\, GIH offers programming designed for funders with a strong interest in health policy. These meetings\, collectively known as the Fall Forum\, are an excellent opportunity for funders with a strong interest in health policy to get up-to-speed on current issues\, interact with leading thinkers\, and connect with their grantmaking peers. \nDay 1: Bringing Health Care to the Patient\nThursday\, November 7: 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. \nThe first day of the Fall Forum explored effective ways to bring health care directly to patients using approaches that transcend traditional clinical models. In addition\, Professor Katie M.
