Since then, this annual meeting has been an opportunity to connect, share, and engage in conversations on how combined efforts can yield better outcomes for rural communities.

Mayflower Hotel 1127 Conecticut Avenue NW, Washington, DC, United StatesSince 2012, the Public-Private Collaborations in Rural Health meeting has convened over 120 public and private foundations, researchers, and policymakers to discuss federal programs and foundation-led initiatives in rural areas. The meeting presents an opportunity to connect, share, and discuss how combined efforts can produce better outcomes for rural residents and communities. On the five-year anniversary of the partnership, participants reflected on collectively working to improve rural health through ideas, research, and aligned funding.
