DESCRIPTION:GIH convened this follow-up discussion to the October 11 webinar on bias in the health care system. (Participation in the October 11 webinar is not mandatory\, but the recording will be available for those looking to enhance their knowledge on the topic.) Participants in this webinar had the opportunity to dive deeper into the issue. They came prepared to discuss their own work in supporting equitable treatment in the health care system\, the successes they have seen\, and the challenges they have encountered. Funders left with a greater understanding of the work that other foundations are supporting in this area\, as well as connections to grantmaking peers who are interested in advancing the work.   \n
