Speakers included: Matthew Ingram\, Independent Consultant\, Elizabeth Ripley and Melissa Kemberling of Mat-Su Health Foundation\, Yanique Redwood of the Consumer Health Foundation\, and Pamela Schwartz of Kaiser Permanente. \nFor more information: Kaiser Permanente Community Health Needs Assessment \nRelated Content\n\nCommunity Health Needs Assessments presentation – PDF document\, 5011 KB\n2016 Sonoma County Community Health Needs Assessment – PDF document\, 583 KB\nCan Hospitals Heal America’s Communities? – PDF document\, 3441 KB
