The San Joaquin Valley Health Fund Program Officer is based in The Center at Sierra Health Foundation’s office in Fresno and is responsible for the day-to-day implementation and management of the San Joaquin Valley Health Fund program. The Program Officer supports community partners to build their capacity for policy and systems change and advance policy priorities. The Program Officer coordinates San Joaquin Valley Health Fund hub functions, monitors community partners’ grant activities, facilitates learning, communications and networking opportunities among community partners, and leverages and strengthens relationships with community-based organizations, nonprofit organizations, public sector institutions and agencies, community leaders, and other funders to advance health, well-being and equity in the San Joaquin Valley region.
