GIH Staff

Lana Sun Jacobus is the Development Specialist at Grantmakers In Health (GIH). She oversees renewals and answers general GIH questions for current and prospective Funding Partners and Philanthropic Support Partners, event sponsorships, and other fundraising initiatives.

Before joining GIH, Ms. Jacobus was the Community Relations Coordinator at the Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing, managing individual donor relations and leading the local advocacy program. Ms. Jacobus holds a bachelor’s degree in general biology from the University of Washington.
