Lessons Learned in Supporting Health Care Quality

This webinar discussed the results of Aligning Forces for Quality (AF4Q), the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s effort to lift the overall quality of health care in 16 targeted markets throughout the country. AF4Q asked the people who get care, give care, and pay for care to work together toward common, fundamental quality objectives. AF4Q ends this year and the initiative’s designers are eager to share the lessons they have learned about building and sustaining multistakeholder coalition work on health improvement. Speakers included: Katherine Browne of the Aligning Forces for Quality National Program Office and Anne Weiss of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
