Workforce Policy Advisory Group Discussion

A key objective of Grantmakers In Health’s public policy priorities for 2023 is to “expand the supply, diversity, cultural responsiveness, and safety of the health workforce—including paraprofessionals, Community Health Workers, and peer specialists.” As we work to advance this objective, we are convening an advisory group to provide guidance on specific policy recommendations and related philanthropic strategies to expand and strengthen the health care workforce. During this webinar, participants shared their advice and insights on high-impact policy changes to further health workforce development.
