Building a Legacy of Healthy Children
Philanthropy has had a longstanding commitment to issues related to children’s access to health care. In this era of health reform, how can foundations and corporate giving programs ensure that these efforts are sustained?
Join us in Jackson for a welcome dinner on June 9 and a meeting on June 10, 2015, as GIH; Grantmakers for Children, Youth and Families; W.K. Kellogg Foundation; Mississippi Association of Grantmakers; and Southeast Council of Foundations cohost Building a Legacy of Healthy Children. This meeting will provide funders in Mississippi and surrounding states the opportunity to discuss their grantmaking strategies related to children’s health. Support for this meeting is provided by The Atlantic Philanthropies.
Mark your calendars, and stay tuned for additional meeting details. We hope you will join us!
The meeting will take place at the Embassy Suites Jackson - North/Ridgeland, where rooms are available for attendees requiring accommodation. Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel arrangements.
