The Healthy Kids Program Director will lead a new team within the Health Fund focused on children’s health issues, integrating the Health Fund’s established expertise in behavioral health, maternal and infant health, nutrition and healthy lifestyles, and community health. This position offers a competitive salary range of $160,000 to $180,000 and includes a robust and comprehensive benefits package.
Vice President, Knowledge Management
We are seeking a strategic and equity-focused Vice President of Knowledge Management (VP of Knowledge Management) to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive learning, evaluation, and knowledge strategy that strengthens The Endowment’s ability to improve health and advance racial equity in communities throughout California. This member of the leadership team will play a critical role in shaping how The Endowment captures, synthesizes, and applies learnings and insights in our grantmaking effectiveness, investments, communications, and operations. The VP will foster a culture of continuous learning and data-informed decision-making and will support The Endowment’s move towards trust-based philanthropy by ensuring that the lived experiences of impacted communities inform strategy, and that knowledge is used as a tool for systems change, accountability, and collective progress.

We are seeking a visionary and collaborative Vice President of Strategic Communications and Narrative (VP of Strategic Communications and Narrative) to play a leadership role in developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive communications and narrative strategies that amplify community-driven solutions, shift beliefs and power, and drive systems change to advance racial and health equity and health access for marginalized populations across California.

The Jackson Chance Foundation (JCF) is seeking an Executive Director to lead its growth and expand its impact on NICU families. Evolving from a volunteer-run initiative to a well-established organization with a strong Chicago presence, JCF has a dedicated Board and successful fundraising efforts. The Executive Director will guide strategic planning, diversify revenue, and strengthen donor engagement.
