Arkia Rene is the Development Specialist at Grantmakers in Health (GIH). Prior to coming to GIH, she was the Finance Assistant and Billing Specialist at Samaritan Inns, an addiction treatment center in Washington, DC. She also worked at the National Breast Cancer Coalition as a Direct Mail and Database Coordinator for the Development Department. She attended Prince George’s Community College, focusing on Business Administration.
