GIH Staff: Linda Tabach
Executive Coordinator and Communications Assistant
Linda Tabach acts as the primary point of contact for the president and CEO at Grantmakers In Health (GIH) and the liaison to the board of directors, facilitating communications with the staff, the organizational constituency, and leaders in the field. In addition, she supports the work of the Vice President for Program and Strategy and the Communications Director. She previously worked as an Executive Assistant at Citystreet Properties, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, and College Bound, assisting in all aspects of office management, as well as marketing and social media. In addition she volunteered as a crisis counselor at the Mental Health Association of Montgomery County Hotline, a 24-hour telephone counseling, information, and referral program providing suicide and crisis prevention and intervention. She also served as a court-appointed special advocate at CASA Montgomery, a not-for-profit organization that advocates for the timely placement of abused and neglected children in safe, permanent homes, and for the highest quality of their care while under the court's jurisdiction. Ms. Tabach received a bachelor’s degree in environmental science from the College of William and Mary.
