Regan Gruber Moffitt
Regan Gruber Moffitt is Vice President of Community Investments at St. David’s Foundation, where she oversees the Foundation’s strategic grantmaking, community collaborations, strategic partnerships, and grants management in support of advancing health equity in Central Texas. Prior to joining the Foundation in 2021, Regan served as Chief Strategy Officer at the Winthrop Rockefeller Foundation, a private foundation supporting systemic change to achieve equity throughout Arkansas.
Regan’s professional journey began in Texas as an ESL mathematics teacher with Teach for America. She later served as a legislative aide in the Texas Legislature and as an insurance regulatory attorney with Mitchell Williams Law.
Regan is active in several philanthropic and community organizations, currently serving as a board member for the Asset Funders Network (AFN), Grantmakers for Effective Organizations, the Carl B. and Florence E. King Foundation, and RAISE Texas. She previously served as the Board Chair for Philanthropy Southeast.
Regan received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wellesley College, her Master of Arts in Education from the University of Texas at Austin, and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law.
