Is the Number of Uninsured Children Rising?

The Georgetown University Center for Children and Families released a new report, Nation's Progress on Children's Health Coverage Reverses Course, detailing an increased number of uninsured children in the United States for the first time in many years. This webinar was a robust discussion of the report’s findings, including key federal and state policy updates. They also discussed philanthropic opportunities to protect and strengthen Medicaid and CHIP coverage for low-income income children and their families, with a special focus on young children. Speakers included Joan Alker and Elisabeth Wright Burak of the Georgetown University Center for Children and Families.
