Nino Willsea is the Vice President of Finance and Operations at Grantmakers In Health (GIH), where she is responsible for overseeing all operational, financial accounting, reporting, and compliance matters. Prior to joining GIH, Ms. Willsea has had the privilege of working with mission-driven nonprofit and international development organizations. Her career has focused on strengthening operations, organizational effectiveness, grants, contracts, finance, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. Most recently, she served in senior leadership roles at Pathfinder International, and helped guide the organization through a period of significant change while building strong systems, supporting teams, and improving organizational performance. 

Originally from the country of Georgia, Ms. Willsea holds a BA from Georgian Technical University. She is a long-time resident of Northern Virginia, the proud mom of a daughter who is completing her nursing degree, a devoted dog mom, and someone who never says no to a great cup of coffee.
