Is the Number of Uninsured Children Rising?
The Georgetown University Center for Children and Families released a new report, Nation's Progress on Children's Health Coverage Reverses Course, detailing an increased number of uninsured children in the United States for the first time in many years. They also discussed philanthropic opportunities to protect and strengthen Medicaid and CHIP coverage for low-income income children and their families, with a special focus on young children.
