Integrating behavioral health and primary care requires a robust and competent workforce. What are the competencies for primary care and behavioral health providers in the integrated care setting? What workforce skills and structures best support collaborative patient-centered care? This webinar discussed the latest research on workforce competencies and shared examples of successful integrated care practices. Questions were posed about the ways philanthropy can help develop and maintain a skilled integrated care workforce.
