What:

Our outreach and enrollment learning community call focused on evaluation of outreach and enrollment initiatives. The call gave members a chance to learn about the types of evaluations that are being funded, get their questions answered, and share their experience and insights with colleagues.

Beth Hadley and Christie Peters of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation joined us to provide their perspectives on what is happening and what is needed in terms of evaluation initiatives.

Participants brought their questions and ideas to the call and shared some brief remarks on the evaluation initiatives their organization is funding, as it pertains to outreach and enrollment.

Health grantmakers have expressed a keen interest in ensuring that ACA outreach and enrollment efforts are well-coordinated and well-designed. Philanthropy has a critical role to play in these activities. Grantmakers In Health is convening a learning community for funders who are currently supporting ACA outreach and enrollment efforts.
