Administration and Finance Associate

The Administration & Finance Associate serves as the operational backbone of the Rx Foundation—ensuring that administrative, financial, and compliance processes are handled with consistency, accuracy, and care.

Working closely with the Executive Director, this role supports core organizational functions including financial tracking, grant processing, audit preparation, and internal systems management. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who takes pride in reliability, precision, and continuous improvement.

This is a part-time (25 hours/week), fully remote position.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting salary range: $47,000–$52,000 (based on 25 hours/week)

• Maintain and improve organizational systems, workflows, and documentation
• Coordinate board meetings and manage internal communications systems
• Support grant administration, tracking, and compliance documentation
• Facilitate payments, invoices, and financial recordkeeping
• Liaise with external partners (CPA, auditors, vendors)
• Prepare materials for audits and IRS filings
• Support special projects, including grant cycles and convenings

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is someone a small, mission-driven team can count on—someone who manages details proactively, communicates clearly, and takes initiative to strengthen systems.

• 1–3 years of experience in administration, finance, or operations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Excel and cloud-based systems
• High level of discretion and professionalism
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
