Juli True Dooley

The Health Foundation of Central Massachusetts

The Health Foundation of Central Massachusetts appointed Juli True Dooley as Director of Programs, who will play a vital role in developing and implementing the organization’s grantmaking agenda.

As Director of Programs, Ms. Dooley will oversee the organization’s grantmaking programs – including the Synergy Initiative, Activation Fund, and Board Designated grants—and work closely with community members, capacity-building partners, and peers within the philanthropic and nonprofit sectors to promote health equity through the organization’s grantmaking.

Ms. Dooley has more than a decade of experience in the nonprofit health care sector. Most recently, she served as the Senior Vice President of Advancement and Communications at the Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center, which serves 35,000 individuals of all ages across Central and MetroWest Massachusetts. In her eight years with the Health Center, she oversaw and grew its fundraising strategy, including grants, individual giving, fundraising events, and corporate sponsorships.  In addition, she led the Health Center’s marketing, communications, and community relations efforts.

Ms. Dooley was named one of Worcester Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 in 2025.
