The Terrance Keenan Institute is designed to nurture the next generation of leaders in the field of health philanthropy; build relationships among this cadre of emerging philanthropic leaders; and connect them with established figures in the field. Programming will emphasize leadership development, mentoring, and building collegial connections that can endure throughout the fellows’ careers.
Fellows will spend two days with seasoned leaders from the field of health philanthropy and recognized nonprofit leaders. Current faculty include Tom David from Tides, Stacey Easterling from The Atlantic Philanthropies, Bob Eckardt from The Cleveland Foundation, Ann Monroe from the Community Health Foundation of Western and Central New York, Margaret O’Bryon from Consumer Health Foundation, and Gary Yates from The California Wellness Foundation.
The Terrance Keenan Institute will be held September 28-29, 2010, in Washington, DC.
