With a bold vision of advancing the health and wellbeing of the communities in and surrounding the Colville Reservation, this role will play an integral role in planning and executing a comprehensive expansion and realignment of key primary health care and behavioral and mental health services provided to the 10,000 tribal and non-tribal residents of the region.
The program associate is a professional staff member who will work with members of the program theme to facilitate and support the work of the theme by: assisting in the effective management of theme functions; conducting project and related research; working with key experts, grantees and applicants to develop strategies and action plans to fulfill the theme’s objective; and assisting in designing and implementing new initiatives, evaluating proposals, and monitoring programs and grants.
