As a key member of the Rush University System for Health executive leadership team, the Chief Development Officer (CDO) will lead and elevate the philanthropic strategy for a nationally recognized academic medical center with a long-standing commitment to the community. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CDO will shape and drive a culture of philanthropy that fuels innovation across clinical care, medical education, research, and community engagement.

The Vice President of Grants will oversee all grantmaking and grants management functions at The Colorado Trust. The Vice President will guide the largest department at the foundation, shaping and stewarding grantmaking strategies in alignment with the organization’s mission, vision, and values. This leader will collaborate closely with the CEO and the Board of Trustees, ensuring clarity and consistency in decision-making and supporting a strong connection between governance and staff.
