The CEO of AIDS Alabama, leads and directs the achievement of the organization’s mission, strategic plan, annual goals and budget, program development, and financial goals. The CEO oversees the policies adopted by the Board in accordance with HRSA guidelines for Federally Qualified Health Centers. The CEO serves as an ex officio member of the Board of Directors. They will inspire and guide the team, think strategically about how to advance both mission and sustainability, raise resources in support of the mission, promote best practices, and serve as a leader for affordable accessible health care.

Cone Health Foundation (CHF) seeks a strategic, community-centered, and equity-driven leader to serve as its next President. The ideal candidate will: Set vision and strategy that advances health equity across Greensboro and the Triad; Build trusted relationships with community partners, grantees, and peer funders; Strengthen operations, financial stewardship, and grant practice with clear metrics and accountability; Inspire and develop a high-performing, diverse team; Navigate governance and alignment with the Cone Health system while maintaining CHF’s mission focus.
