We invite you to submit a session proposal for the 2022 Grantmakers In Health Annual Conference on Health Philanthropy, Focused on the Future.
As always, health and safety are our top priority. While the conference is slated to be held in Miami, Florida on June 27-29, 2022, please note that the format (in person, virtual, or a hybrid of the two) is subject to change based on COVID-19 developments. Therefore, we recommend that proposals be adaptable to an in-person, virtual, or hybrid format.
Who Can Submit Session Proposals?
Leaders and staff of foundations, corporate giving programs, government agencies, companies that manage philanthropic funds, and regional and national philanthropy-serving organizations (PSOs) are welcome to submit or codesign session proposals.
How Do I Submit a Session Proposal?
Click here to submit a session proposal for GIH’s annual conference, Focused on the Future. To submit a proposal, you will need to create a username and password, as well as complete all required fields. This includes a title, abstract, content and format descriptions, as well as contact information for the session designer(s) and proposed speakers.
When Are Session Proposals Due?
Proposals are due by 5:00 p.m. Eastern on Thursday, October 28, 2021.
When Will I Be Notified About My Session Proposal?
You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours acknowledging receipt of your completed proposal. You will be notified about the status of your proposal no later than January 28, 2022. GIH may request that alterations be made to a proposed session so that it more closely reflects the goals and objectives of the annual conference.
