Leah Bradley, Arthur DuBois, and Morgan Russell
The Health Foundation of Central Massachusetts
The Health Foundation of Central Massachusetts elected three new members to its board of directors: Leah M. Bradley, LCSW, CEO of Central Massachusetts Housing Alliance; Arthur O. DuBois, LICSW, MSW, a licensed clinical social worker; and Morgan A. Russell, Esq., an attorney specializing in child welfare litigation and real estate transactions.
Five current directors were also re-elected to new three-year terms: Diane E. Gould, LICSW, MSW; Lindsay F. Greenfield, MBA; J. Michael Grenon, CIMA; Kathryn Y. Lee, MD; and Carole M. Steen, MSA.
Ms. Bradley has dedicated her career to strengthening social services and housing stability across the region. At Central Massachusetts Housing Alliance, she leads a collaborative response to homelessness that fosters long-term housing stability through prevention, quality services, education, and advocacy. She has spent over two decades in strategic planning, system change, and program development, and her experience in housing stability will bring valuable insight to the board.
Mr. DuBois is a licensed clinical social worker with a background in supporting individuals with mental health conditions, emotional difficulties, and intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Most recently, he retired from working with the Committee for Public Counsel Services as a supervising social worker assisting persons who are indigent. Mr. DuBois’ experience also includes prior roles at Seven Hills Foundation, where he provided counseling for individuals with IDD.
Ms. Russell is a practicing attorney specializing in child welfare litigation and real estate transactions. She founded her own law firm and also has experience with foreclosure defense, housing law, adult guardianship, and conservator cases. Ms. Russell’s insights will help the board recognize the legal hardships that financial security and the effects these deficits have on families in the Central Massachusetts community.

Dana Lasenby
Flinn Foundation
In December 2024, Dana Lasenby became the newest member of the Flinn Foundation board of trustees—making good on her goal of working with “people with good hearts” and especially Chief Judge Freddie Burton, Jr., whose work she has long admired. Ms. Lasenby brings to the Flinn Foundation considerable experience as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director at Oakland Community Health Network (OCHN), where she applies her decades of experience in health care administration as a master’s level psychologist. Prior to joining OCHN, Lasenby served as Chief Clinical Officer at Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network.

Leslie Pelton
John A. Hartford Foundation
The John A. Hartford Foundation announced that Leslie J. Pelton, MPA, has joined the organization as a Senior Program Officer. Ms. Pelton brings two decades of experience in health systems innovation with a deep commitment to improving the quality of care for older adults.
Ms. Pelton is a nationally recognized leader in the Age-Friendly Health Systems movement, an initiative of The John A. Hartford Foundation and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, in partnership with the American Hospital Association and Catholic Health Association of the US. The initiative is enhancing the care of older adults by promoting the equitable, reliable delivery of evidence-based care that reduces harm and always centers on what matters to older patients.
Prior to joining the foundation, she served as Vice President at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), where she collaborated with funders and national partners to design the Age-Friendly Health Systems movement. Under her leadership the movement expanded to reach over 4,000 sites of care and is significantly improving the care of millions of older adults across the country. Ms. Pelton is the co-editor of the textbook, Age-Friendly Health Systems – A Guide to Using the 4Ms While Caring for Older Adults, and has co-authored numerous publications on the subject.
Before her tenure at IHI, Ms. Pelton led her own firm, working with innovative health care leaders to develop new models integrating research, clinical care, and policy to drive improved health outcomes. She also built the Human Capital practice at Deloitte Consulting, focusing on the human factors associated with adopting strategic and operational innovations.
