Program Officer
The Program Officer supports the foundation’s programs and grantmaking, working with and providing support to the president and senior program staff. The position is involved in a variety of tasks related to the programmatic work of the foundation to advance the mission of FORE. This leader will identify new grantmaking initiatives that align with the foundation’s strategic plan; build partnerships with grantees; continuously review and improve the grant process; and oversee the capacity-building strategy for grantees. Collaborates closely with stakeholders to ensure that grantmaking activities are coordinated and strategically aligned with our policy, communications, and research work.
Chief Executive Officer
The CEO of AIDS Alabama, leads and directs the achievement of the organization’s mission, strategic plan, annual goals and budget, program development, and financial goals. The CEO oversees the policies adopted by the Board in accordance with HRSA guidelines for Federally Qualified Health Centers. The CEO serves as an ex officio member of the Board of Directors. They will inspire and guide the team, think strategically about how to advance both mission and sustainability, raise resources in support of the mission, promote best practices, and serve as a leader for affordable accessible health care.
