The Partnership for Better Health is seeking a Director of Health Equity & Community Engagement to lead the development and management of a portfolio of grants and community initiatives focused on health equity, to improve the health of the people and communities in our region of South Central Pennsylvania and advance the foundation’s grantmaking and community engagement activities by developing strategic priorities to address health disparities and advance equity.

The Trust seeks a Program Director to manage its grantmaking in health, behavioral health, and human services. This Program Director has primary responsibility for systems-focused grants to (1) ensure that New York has an equitable, patient-focused, and cost-effective health and behavioral health care delivery system and (2) mitigate the effects of poverty, increase opportunity through effective services and public benefits, and reduce racial disparities.
