Program Staff

Grants Managers work at the intersection between program and operations which allows the Foundation to have a more centralized, equity-focused, and collaborative approach to implementing grantmaking opportunities and other organizational priorities. The role is key to our organizational focus on operational excellence to cultivate continuous improvement, increase effectiveness, and promote an exceptional and equitable grantee experience.

the Evaluation & Learning Officer works across programs and focus areas to implement collaborative learning and evaluation strategies that strengthen the Foundation’s strategic direction and impact. This position is responsible for overseeing and managing evaluation projects and deliverables, responding to internal and external data requests, and serving as a thought partner to tell the story of the community’s health and the Foundation’s work.

The Program Officer supports the foundation’s programs and grantmaking, working with and providing support to the president and senior program staff. The position is involved in a variety of tasks related to the programmatic work of the foundation to advance the mission of FORE. The ideal Program Officer is organized, collaborative, and a strong communicator, knowledgeable in the subject matter and committed to the foundation’s mission, who is actively engaged in the development and monitoring of grants, supportive of the evolving priorities of the foundation, and able to problem-solve to meet programmatic needs.

Community Memorial Foundation is searching for an experienced and mission driven Program Officer to join our small and highly collaborative team.  This role will focus on grantmaking and portfolio management and community engagement.  We are looking for a person with a track record of leadership in the philanthropy, public health, or nonprofit sectors.

The Grants and Program Officer is part of a team responsible for coordinating, managing and executing activities related to programs and initiatives of the grantmaking arm of the CareQuest Institute for Oral Health, particularly focused on working with Native communities. The position will include implementation of the current grants strategy and planning new engagement activities, management of a specific grantmaking portfolio, and engagement with the Oral Health Progress and Equity Network (OPEN).
