We’re looking for an exceptional Program Manager to support our signature in-person convening, The Summit, and lead several dynamic peer learning and action communities convening executives from across our member network.  This is a highly relational role to support influential and inspiring leaders in the non-profit faith-based sector.

The Grants Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the Foundation’s grantmaking operations are effective, equitable, and efficient. Working closely with program staff and external stakeholders, this position manages the operational aspects of the grant lifecycle, serves as the subject matter expert for the grant management system, and drives continuous improvement through process optimization, data analysis, and technology-enabled solutions.

The Program Manager, Birth Justice is a dynamic, engaged contributor to the overall efforts of Skyline Foundation, focusing on the issue areas pertinent to Skyline’s birth justice program. The Program Manager’s core responsibilities include working on the execution of Skyline Foundation’s strategic priorities in birth justice with a commitment to trust-based philanthropy, equity, and building partnerships with grantees. The Program Manager will also support the grantmaking strategy by analyzing results and contributing to ongoing improvements in the birth justice program.

With the Foundation strategically and thoughtfully granting out $117MM last year, this is an exciting and unique opportunity to advance impact in the charitable sector.

The Grants and Program Officer is part of a team responsible for coordinating, managing and executing activities related to programs and initiatives of the grantmaking arm of the CareQuest Institute for Oral Health, particularly focused on working with Native communities. The position will include implementation of the current grants strategy and planning new engagement activities, management of a specific grantmaking portfolio, and engagement with the Oral Health Progress and Equity Network (OPEN).
