Integrative Health

Integrative health utilizes conventional and complementary practices to address the full range of physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and environmental influences that affect health. Many individuals, providers, organizations, and health care systems are integrating practices such as meditation, acupuncture, and yoga into both treatment and health promotion to provide a more comprehensive approach to prevention and wellness.
